Master Criminal John Omar Pinson disguises himself as a one-armed man(!) in this “true story” about Public Enemy Number Four. Pinson escapes Oregon State Penitentiary, shoots a cop and wears different disguises, in a cat-and-mouse game of arrests, escapes, shootouts and empty coffins.
