Peru in the 1990s. The political situation in the country is very convulsive with the military controlling the streets. Two teenage sisters are about to leave the country forever when they are unexpectedly reunited with an absent father. To leave Peru the mother needs his authorization. The reunion will both amplify and ease their pain at the impending change.
