Synopsis: 'Montaje en sala' explicitly shows the technical peculiarities and conventions inherent to the presentation of cinema. The figure of the projectionist here, however, becomes visible. He leaves the projection booth to show himself illuminated by a second projector, thus assisting in the on-site assembly of the projection table, the first projector and the film threading. Located between the two projectors, the performativity of a figure that culturally always remained hidden in pursuit of film projection, now becomes evident in the process, claiming his role as an intrinsic part of the projection and as responsible for it.
