Synopsis: Miniseries of 2 OVAs (1991). Saki Asamiya is a troubled girl who helps and protects the innocent but her way of doing things brings her more than one problem, so she ends up in a reformatory.

Thanks to her special skills, especially fighting with her yo-yo, she is offered a job as a policeman. She thinks it's a joke, but they need her because of some problems in the institute where she studied. Her knowledge of the terrain, the respect all the students have for her and her incredible courage and toughness make her the right one to carry out the mission. Accomplishing it guarantees her a release from the reformatory.
