One Life

Drama A young British stockbroker, Nicholas "Nicky" Winton (Anthony Hopkins), helped rescue hundreds of children from the Nazis on the eve of World War II, with the help of his mother (Helena Bonham Carter). An act of compassion almost forgotten for 50 years, and from which Nicky lives haunted by the ghosts of the children he was unable to rescue, blaming himself for not having done more.
