Synopsis

Inspired by a true story set in 1909 in Greenland, this is the story of two women, the kind inuit Allaka (Rinko Kikuchi) and high-class Josephine Peary (Juliette Binoche) who wants to join her husband, explorer Robert Peary, and share with him the glory of discovering the North Pole.
