After escaping from a reform school, young rebel Ginger Rogers joins a school for pickpockets run by sneaky professor Basil Rathbone. While trying to steal a watch, she falls for a wealthy diplomat. Sensing that she is being manipulated by Rathbone and a suave ambassador, Rogers secretly dreams of marrying her affluent obsession. Can she turn her fantasy into reality?
