- Synopsis
- U. S. Customs is trying to stop the illegal export of a miracle drug to China. A Customs agent in Shanghai inadvertently gets his partner killed and is fired. The now ex-agent goes on a drinking spree, and is approached by the black market gang to help them work around Customs.
