- Synopsis
- Originally titled "I Married a Communist",it was renamed "The Woman on Pier 13" due to the common belief that the film was a documentary. Brad is the vicepresident in a shipping company who has just married Nancy after only one week of engagement. Then a photographer appears, Christine, Brad's exgirlfriend and comrade in his past in a Communist Party. Brad is blackmailed and has to coperate to the Party purposes for not being betrayed. Nan discovers the coercion and tries to help her husband while her brother starts a relationship with Christine.
