Synopsis
Arturo dozed off while waiting for his plane at Montreal's International Airport. Not only did someone steal his bag with all his personal identifications, but the thief also took Arturo's shoes. All he had was his boarding pass. Arturo decided that this was all he needed, so he boarded the plane for Paris. He took the chance because he knew that Suzanne would meet him in Paris. Suzanne is his wife. But it won't be easy. The policeman at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris, to whom he recounts his tale, is full of good will. Unfortunately, it happens to be Sunday... Arturo makes his first encounter with the benches of the immigration office... Sinister. First night of wandering through the empty airport for Suzanne, hysterical, in search of her missing husband. Arturo also encounters Zola, a little ten-year-old African kid who is waiting for his father - or so he says. Since Arturo seems exhausted, Zola offers to find him a bed. Zola takes him to the enigmatic "transit hall", where Arturo will make other strange encounters...
