- Jean Parker plays a cartoon producer who is right now looking for a singer for a new cartoon character. A Pig. By accident, she discovers a policemen who can sing and signs him up to a contract to be in a movie. Afraid that he won't want to be the voice of a pig, she doesn't tell him that his voice will be used in a cartoon, only that he will be appearing in a movie.
