Synopsis: Sealab 2020 is an American animated television series, produced by Hanna-Barbera.

The series is about an underwater research base and has an environmental theme. The series premiered on the television network NBC on September 9,1972. The show was very short-lived, airing its final episode on December 2, 1972, just 2 months and 23 days after the premiere, and after playing only thirteen of the sixteen half-hour episodes. The show has not yet been released on DVD. The Milton Bradley Company made a board game about it.

It was later re-edited and dubbed with new voices by the now defunct 70/30 Productions (Frisky Dingo) to form the TV-14 rated comedic television series Sealab 2021 that aired on Adult Swim.
