Synopsis

Screenwriter Sixten Kennebeck is going to Åre to gather material for a new film. Journalist Vivi Bostrom gets wind of this and is trying to get him for an interview. Vivi is an editor of a gossip column in the newspaper. When she gets turned down by Sixten she spreads a rumor that Sixten will be attending in a downhill race, when he comes to Åre.
