Synopsis

Christmas in Hamburg. For four young people conflicts at home have escalated to such an extent that their Yuletide celebrations are taking place in a psychiatric ward. Dr. Wolff (Clemens Schick) also has no-one to spend Christmas with. The psychiatrist is controversial because of his unconventional methods. For new patients, he insists on a special therapy plan, despite the protests of his colleagues: he puts them together with Timo (Jannis Niewöhner), an aggressive boy with violent tendencies. At first, the experiment seems doomed to failure. But then an unexpected group dynamic develops between the four young people.
