Synopsis
A quintessential Australian film from maverick director Rupert Kathner, first released in 1951. Ned Kelly rides again in this blazing tale of his infamous exploits at the Glenrowan Hotel. Filmed in Kelly country, near the Victorian country town of Benalla, THE GLENROWAN AFFAIR takes you to where it happened. Featuring Charles ‘Bud’ Tingwell as the narrator, AFL football hero Bob Chitty as Ned Kelly and the director, Kathner, as Aaron Sherritt.
