Synopsis

Alec McNeil is an ex-FBI agent haunted by the death of his former partner. But when brutal criminal mastermind Stein Kruger and a group of mercenaries takes over a chemical plant and threatens to release a cloud of nerve gas over the city of Los Angeles, holding McNeil's father hostage in the process, McNeil considers enough is enough.
