Synopsis

Jōsei Toda joins the religious sect "Soka Gakkai" before the World War II, and he is imprisoned during the war alongside his mentor Makiguchi, who dies in jail. After the war, Toda stablishes again the Soka Gakkai, turning it into a powerful religious movement in Japán.
