About this show

Better Call Saul is the prequel to the award-winning series Breaking Bad, set six years before Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk) became Walter White's lawyer. When we meet him, the man who will become Saul Goodman is known as Jimmy McGill, a small-time lawyer searching for his destiny, and, more immediately, hustling to make ends meet. Working alongside, and often against, Jimmy is "fixer" Mike Erhmantraut (Jonathan Banks), a beloved character introduced in Breaking Bad. The series will track Jimmy's transformation into Saul Goodman, the man who puts "criminal" in "criminal lawyer."

The first season of Breaking Bad was fairly slow, they developed their characters and things got living in the second and third seasons. Better Call Saul does the exact same thing, season one is slow but as I finished the third season I was definitely liking the direction the story was moving and how seamless they could blend the story into the beginning of Breaking Bad. Some of the actors look older despite this being a prequel but that's my only real complaint.

Decent show, just don't expect the gritty awesomeness of breaking bad...Saul is still a good show though with many familiar faces...you can enjoy this show even if you've never heard of breaking bad, as it takes place before the events of BB and has no real connection to those events. It does look like breaking bad though and its a top notch production.

I purchased the whole season and tried watching ep 1&2 through the app but the only ep that shows up in it is ep 2. I don’t want to watch out of order obviously. I don’t know how to fix this.
