Susana leaves her life in Paris working as a model to return to Madrid to take care of her grandmother Pilar, who has just had a cerebral hemorrhage. Susana needs to find someone to look after Pilar, but what should be just a few days with her grandmother ends up becoming a genuine nightmare.
