Synopsis

Deke DaSilva and Matthew Fox are two NYPD officers who have been transferred to an elite counter-terrorism task force just as a dangerous international terrorist, Reinhardt Heymar "Wulfgar," who has committed indiscriminate attacks in London and Paris, arrives in the city to cause chaos in the Big Apple.
