- Synopsis
- Beginning with a marriage and ending in the dark days of October 1970, "Les années de rêves " is the bitter-sweet statement of the betrayed hopes of a generation that "dreamed" that a revolution was underway and wanted to take advantage of it. The film illustrates the intellectual positions and experiences of some Quebecers (Canada) in the 1960s, through the rise of unionism, the emergence of nationalist sentiment, the democratization of education and the entry of young Francophones into the business world.
