Synopsis
Sara was born in Yemen 30 years ago, daughter of a Yemeni father and a Scottish mother. During her adolescence she began to feel increasingly uncomfortable with her environment and being 17 she decided to move to Scotland to live with her mother. Her father only let her go if she did not renounce her Yemeni roots. Sara vowed that, but finally broke her promise. Ten years later, in 2011, Sara came back to Yemen turned into another person. She is determined to face her past and is willing to rediscover her native roots. Unexpectedly, she found a country that was about to experience a revolution within the framework of the Arab Spring.
