Synopsis

Rumors run rampant in Midoriyama that the Slit Mouthed Woman is once again roaming the streets. Urban legend has it that the Slit Mouthed Woman wears a surgical mask and carries a long rusty pair of scissors, while snatching away little children from parks and playgrounds. At first the parents in Midoriyama dismissed these reports as just rumors. Then, one by one, children started disappearing. As two teachers from the local elementary school frantically search for the missing children, panic soon begins to set in the town because of the Slit Mouthed Woman.
