A last minute bachelor party in the Caribbean lea ves a group of party-goers ashore on a mysterious island where they stumble upon an abandoned research facility. Two of them start showing symptoms of a wretched flesh eating disease. With little time to find a cur e, they search for answers only to find an ominous doctor and his patient who may hold the cure... or may be their ultimate demise.
