- Based on Álvaro Pombo's novel "The Adopted Son", "The Game of the invisible Messages" tells the story of two writers, a mother, who has already died, and her son, Pancho, seventy years old, isolated in a country manor in Galicia, not far from the sea and looked after by an old, unfathomable servant. The past appears suddenly with the unexpected visit of a man who had been Pancho's secretary twenty years before. Soon afterwards, a child, son of that man, settles in the manor... and the consequences of that past drive the story to a tragic, ironic and unforeseen end.
