ADVICE for the USERS who CREATE LISTS (in order to make the rankings more interesting):
  • VERY IMPORTANT: Please use the predefined lists first (those that already exist) before you create new lists. Custom lists (the ones created "by hand") are not used for Filmaffinity statistics, (38 predefined lists already exist).
  • Many users create new lists that already exist in the predefined ones. For example: The list of "My favorite movies", already exists, but some users create a list called "My top favorite movies", without using the predefined list.
  • Please update the list of "Upcoming Movies: Not To Miss". When the movie is released, remove it from this list (and if you want put it in - movies I want to see-). It does not make any sense that movies released months ago are in "Upcoming movies".
  • There is life beyond the list of "favorite movies".... There are 38 predefined lists (some are very interesting). Taking all of them (or almost all) costs nothing and filling each one with several movies is very easy.
  • The copy and remove functions between lists is very useful and fast. It allows you to add one movie to several lists at the same time. Take a look to see how it works and the service of lists will be much more useful and entertaining.

  • NOTE: It is necessary that at least 5 different users have chosen a movie from a predefined list before it appears/becomes ranked. Any indication of manipulation, illogical attempt of variation or undue use of the lists will result in the complete deletion of the user’s record.
