- Synopsis
- TV Series (2010). 120 Episodes. Three generations of women who share a strange family tradition: all of them have been widowed in extraordinary circumstances; all of them give birth exclusively to girls. The phenomenon can be explained both from the most impeccable logic and from the paradoxes of magical realism. Whether theirs is a curse, a trap of the unconscious or a mere coincidence is left to the multiple characters and circumstances that surround them. The important thing is that "Las Aparicio" did not come to this world to suffer: they are contemporary, urban, warrior women, determined to take control of their lives; widowhood has taught them not to need men to survive: now they have them because they want to and because they can.
