- Synopsis
- Documentary about the Ugandan dictator who was responsible for the deaths of 300,000 of his countrymen between 1971 and 1979, a situation that hit the headlines when he ordered expulsion from the country of all inhabitants of Asian origin. With the consent of Amin himself, the camera accompanies him on a wildlife tour, to a swim meet and to other events intended to demonstrate his popularity, but which in reality only serve to underline his obvious madness and paranoia.
